Charlotte ChandlerFrom Houston, Charlotte's volleyball career started at the age of 8, started playing club at age 12 on both home and the travel top teams at DI-V Volleyball. She played for 6-A Pearland High School as the middle blocker switching positioning her junior year to an outside and defensive specialist, she went on to receive 2011, 2013-2014 ALL-American honors, 2014 earned All-Conference and Offensive Player. Her high school varsity career landed an athletic scholarship in 2015 to play outside hitter/DS for John Wesley University. In North Carolina, Charlotte started and held #2 for serves aces and #4 on the team for digs, Top Scholar-Athlete, and was awarded Deans List 2016 & 2017.
While transferring to play at Texas State University in 2017, Charlotte started her club coaching career mentoring middle and high schoolers. She head coached the 15's top team at Beast Mode Club Volleyball while also working one on one in speed, agility, and jump training. Next season, she head coached for 14's and 15's at Sporting Edge Club Volleyball and ran multiple strength and condition, specialized defensive and hitter training camps. After suffering a career-ending injury in 2019 Charlotte graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor's in Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy with a minor in Accounting in 2020. |
