A career ending knee injury in football as a senior slowed his ability to compete for a few years while rehabilitating but never sidelined his thirst for challenges. Growing up in Wichita Kansas at the age of 12 he was a member of the USA Junior Olympic Archery Team winning nearly 300 tournaments and later in life went on to win over two dozen State Championship Titles across four States, along with Regional and National Titles. Jim Raced Motocross on tracks across the Midwest from Kansas to Indiana for 10 years and was ranked in the top 10 of AMA District 11. He also competed in Martial Arts for 8 years earning multiple State and Regional Titles. Jim has been a PADI Advanced Certified Scuba Diver for 35 years with nearly 500 logged dives across the Caribbean. He holds numerous specialty certifications and finds the greatest joy in diving the walls of Grand Cayman at night.
Those who know Jim know he approaches everything in life the same way – ALL IN. He will bring that same work ethic to the courts this season and is looking forward to working with players that want to push themselves, their team, and their game to a higher level.
