Ryan MauneCoach Ryan comes from Washington Missouri. He started playing volleyball his junior year of high school and fell in love with the game. During high school he received Second team All State while also leading his team in kills, service aces, digs, and blocks. Ryan received multiple offers to play in college and decided to go to Hannibal LaGrange University. He only played one season at Hannibal LaGrange where he started as a freshman. After his first year Ryan’s family moved to Texas and he decided to join them. Leaving Hannibal Ryan decided to enroll in Junior College and help his family with the move. Later, he received a scholarship to Lourdes University one of the top programs in the NAIA. In 2016 he appeared in all matches and received First Team Conference Honors while also being named Newcomer of the Year. Ryan had an outstanding hitting percentage of .455% while registering 263 kills and led his team in blocks. In 2017 Ryan was played in every match and was voted First Team All Conference, Defensive Player of the Year, First Team All Academic, Conference Player of the Year, and First Team NAIA AVCA All American. Ryan lead his team with a team leading .425% hitting percentage while executing 278 kills. Ryan also lead his team in service aces and blocks.
Coach Ryan has 4 years of club coaching experience at highly competitive, nationally ranked volleyball clubs in ages ranging from 10u to 18u. Ryan enjoys sharing his knowledge of the game, and loves seeing players reach their goals. |
