Destiny PeetDestiny Peet is a passionate and dedicated volleyball coach with over five years of experience working with athletes in both volunteer and private coaching roles. She has a strong background in developing player skills—especially in hitting, blocking, and net work—for athletes ranging from ages 15 to 18.
Destiny began her coaching journey with Crush Stillwater Travel Teams in Stillwater, Oklahoma, where she served as the head coach for a 14s team. Though the season was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic, her leadership made a lasting impact. After graduating from college, she continued her work in the sport by coaching a 15s team in the Texas Panhandle, offering both on-court instruction and mentorship. In addition, Destiny has worked extensively with individual athletes in private sessions, helping them refine their techniques and grow their confidence on the court. With 13 years of playing experience herself, Destiny began competing at the age of 11 on a travel team and went on to play throughout junior high and high school, where she earned recognition as an All-State player and was selected for the prestigious All-Star team. Destiny stayed active by playing intramural volleyball throughout college. Today, she continues to play volleyball recreationally. Destiny’s coaching philosophy is rooted in her love for the game and her belief in the power of sports to shape character. Her goal is to help young athletes not only improve their skills but also gain the confidence and discipline that will benefit them both on and off the court. |
