Players will work on serving and serve-receive consistency and accuracy with an emphasis on proper technique and footwork. Serving instruction may include float serve, topspin, and jump serve depending on skill level.

Our Youth Academy is designed to teach boys and girls in 4th-6th grade the fundamentals of volleyball. The clinics will include instruction on overhand serving, ball control, setting, and hitting. Players will be trained on all aspects of volleyball including court awareness and game strategy.

Back-To -School Tryout Prep Camp - REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!
This camp will prepare middle school/junior high players for school volleyball tryouts. We will focus on passing, hitting, setting and serving. Coaches will emphasize ball control, consistency and accuracy. Players will also participate in scrimmages. We will use drills that are typically utilized by school coaches to evaluate players at tryouts. The purpose is to closely simulate a school volleyball tryout to help players become more familiar and confident with the tryout process.

Junior Advanced Volleyball Academy - 6TH-9TH GRADE
Juniors Advanced Volleyball Academy (JAVA) is designed for girls and boys in 6th-9th grade who want to improve their skills without the time commitment and cost of club volleyball. Slam coaches will teach proper technique in hitting, setting, passing and serving. Players will have an opportunity to work on all positions. Each session will include game strategy and developmental play time. This is one of our most popular programs and fills quickly. Registration will close once the program has reached capacity. No refunds are offered on JAVA.
